Step 1: Visit the Official UIDAI Website

  • Choose “Book an Appointment at Aadhaar Seva Kendra” 

Step 3: Enter Your Mobile Number

  • Enter your active mobile number
  • You will receive an OTP
  • Enter the OTP to continue

Step 4: Fill the Aadhaar Enrollment Form
Enter the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
