Step 1: Visit the Official UIDAI Website
- Go to the official Aadhaar website:
Step 2: Book an Aadhaar Enrollment Appointment
- Click on “My Aadhaar”
- Select “Book an Appointment”
- Choose “Book an Appointment at Aadhaar Seva Kendra”
Step 3: Enter Your Mobile Number
- Enter your active mobile number
- You will receive an OTP
- Enter the OTP to continue

Step 4: Fill the Aadhaar Enrollment Form
Enter the following details:
- Full Name

- Address
- Parent/Guardian details (for children)

- Proof of Identity (POI) – Passport, Voter ID, PAN Card
- Proof of Address (POA) – Bank Statement, Electricity Bill
- Proof of Date of Birth (DOB) – Birth Certificate (if available)
Step 6:
- Select Aadhaar Enrollment Center
- Choose your nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra
- Select a date and time slot
- Confirm your appointment
Step 7:
- Visit the Aadhaar Center
- On the appointment day:
- Carry original documents
- Give biometric details (fingerprints, iris scan, photo)

- Get Acknowledgment Slip
